Okay, I realize that it's been over 10 years since I've been a-courtin', but now that I'm back out there I am sooooo lost. Anyone in the Southern New England area have any good tips on where to go to meet good dykes? It is truly weird to be back at dating...

Re: oh gods, what is this thing called dating???
Mon, February 12, 2007 - 9:09 PMHi,
I've been meeting some very interesting women on curvepersonals.com. There are very few couples looking for a playmate - actually I haven't seen any at all. There are a few married bisexual woman. But overall it's a nice site to browse.
You need to pay if you want to email other members but you can smile at people, if they email you then you can reply. I had a pretty intense relationship with a woman from that site - she blew my mind. Then she split - but it was amazing for a few months.
Now I've got a few interesting penpals that I've met through that site. There do seem to be a lot from New England. I'm in Nova Scotia - so I'm close enough to check out the women from those states.
I hope you find someone!

Re: oh gods, what is this thing called dating???
Wed, February 14, 2007 - 8:32 PMOoops, I just found a couple looking for a playmate on curvepersonals.com... It's a lesbain couple, so I guess that makes it a LOT better than all the straight couples that make up 95% of the clientele in the lesbain sections of 'regular' dating sites.
Funny to find one, only two days after posting that I'd never seen that on that particular site.

Re: oh gods, what is this thing called dating???
Thu, February 15, 2007 - 2:42 AMAt least they aren't men pretending to be lesbian women. Then when you meet them it's well "I'm a lesbian traped in a man's body". Yeah? I don't see them going through a sex change to date me. -

That's along the lines of what I always say..."Really? I hear they have medical procedures for that now. Come back when you've had them."

married bi women deserve love too!
Sun, April 1, 2007 - 9:41 PMSpeaking as a bi woman who's about to get married -- to a woman -- I have to say: there's nothing wrong with a married bi woman posting a personal ad. Many people (bi and otherwise) have polyamorous marriages, and if a polyamorous married woman wants to post on curvepersonals.com, that's her perogative. Women who don't want to date bi women, married women, poly women, or any combination, don't have to.
If a bi woman is married to a woman and looking for another woman to date (or if she's married to a man or anyone of any other gender, and doing the same), so what? More power to her...

Sun, March 25, 2007 - 8:17 AMI was doing my best to not date, I was doing my best to not get involved with any one, but I went to this one site called Butch-Femme.com and got caught.
She is a beautiful femme(to me) and even more now I am looking forward to the move to AZ that I was going to be doing anyway.
